While the things themselves are not exact, the ideas behind them are spot on. Genetic engineering, hybrid cars, multi-view televisions, and even computers (if you exaggerate their theories). The virtual fishing for instance. The household built around the tv reminds me of the AT&T commercial where the guy has his tv on a leash tied around his middle so he can watch his shows in every room.
