It’s unlikely that someone in 1922 would have made that many typing mistakes in their original article.
You mean someone working without a spell-checker?
[grin] My thought is that if you want to predict the future, going with what would be cool to have around is more accurate than what is technically possible.
That’s how we got cell phones: someone said, “It would be so awesome to have communicators like on Star Trek!” and decided to make it so.
